JSIAMA is a clinical stage company focusing on discovery and development of innovative immunotherapies to treat respiratory diseases including cancers. Through differentiated drug development pathways, we have successfully established a number of promising drug candidates and platforms with global intellectual property rights.

JSIAMA was founded in 2021 by Dr. Liming Liu, an immunologist and 20 plus years R&D executive and former core team member of Keytruda at Merck. We have built a pipeline of multiple innovative drug candidates through technology platforms, including small nucleic acid drug R&D platform, respiratory formulation and delivery platform, and innate super engager (ISE) multi-specific antibody discovery platform.
